Kenneth Goodgame is a skilled and experienced operational management professional who has created OEMs worth millions and billions in value. According to Crunchbase, Kenneth Goodgame graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in marketing and began his career in Atlanta, Georgia in 1994.Kenneth worked for the Home Depot in Atlanta by heading the Hardline D28 store before moving on to supervise the Propriety Brands branch of the same company, in 1995.In 2001, Kenneth was the senior global product merchandising officer of the company until 2002.

In 2002, he joined Newell Rubbermaid and turned around the failing $170 million amount during his first year of work as the general manager and president of Rubbermaid cleaning division. In 2004, Kenneth became the president and general manager of Bernzomatic division and achieved a 94 percent growth in consumer goods. In 2006, Kenneth Goodgame earned a promotion as the senior vice president of marketing and sales for the company’s Shur-Line paint products and Irwin PTA.

In 2007, Mr. Goodgame joined Techtronic Industries North America as the chairperson of both Bajasports and Direct Tools Factory Outlets. He was responsible for the growth in net sales of up to $1.6 million and the addition of 30 stores countrywide within two years. In 2010, Kenneth became the general merchandising manager of Ace Hardware Corporation, until 2013.

He increased the firm’s annual growth from $35 million to $50 million, created an annual increase of 4.5 percent in sales and added new stores by 300 percent. In 2013, Kenneth joined True Value Hardware Inc.

As the True Value’s senior vice president and chief merchandising officer, he has implemented several programs such as the 250 SKU EDLP program which has improved the retail sales. He also launched the New at True Value program in over 2800 stores. Kenneth continues to grow the firm by managing its buyers, talent acquisition team, marketing, and category management.
